These times are tough for everyone. Disappointment is all around us, fear of the unknown, financial struggles, concerns about our children and school, isolation as we try to be socially responsible, and anxiety over the potential of getting sick. Allow yourself to grieve what you are missing and what you have lost, then work towards acceptance
Stay connected to others whether virtually or through social distance
Lean on those you trust, talk about your worries
Turn off the news
Practice self-care
Get outside, exercise, move, breathe
